         OSU Yoga was founded in September of 2008. It was established by Danny Snider and Ken Korosi.

Our Mission:

        This group represents an community for students to practice yoga and relieve stress in a healthy alternative way. There are many forms of yoga, and there are many ways to practice yoga. This community is open to all forms of yoga and the practices that involve those types of yoga.

" Yoga is a way of controlling one's energy so the mind can settle and see clearly. It is helpful in all areas of life, as bringing attention and awareness to what you do naturally leads to feelings of acceptance and peace as part of who are you."

As Danny puts it, yoga is a practice that can be beneficial and enjoyable for anyone. Yoga teaches you effective breathing techniques, while enhancing strength, flexibility, posture, and balance.
